Teppan Edo and Illuminations

Someone told me that there is a raised outdoor terrace where you can watch Illuminations after you eat at Teppan Edo. Can someone confirm this or give any details??

There is a walkway around the second story of the building however it is not a space dedicated to the restaurants.

Wow, if this is true, that would be great. We have an ADR at Teppan Edo at 8:00, maybe we'll be able to catch at least part of Illuminations, after all.
