Tenth Amendment to Declaration of Condominium Riviera recorded today

On the county comptroller website, I noticed the Tenth Amendment showed up today. It's dated October 17, 2024.
Units 17A-17F (on the third floor)

One item I did not mention in the DVCNews article is the unique layout of one of the dedicated studios in Unit 17E. Unit 17E has a lock-off two-bedroom villa and two dedicated studios. The studio on the Unit's right (east) side does not have the typical Riviera studio layout. Its bathroom is laid out differently than other Riviera studios and its balcony is shifted to the right of the studio itself. I can't tell from the condo drawing (see the second drawing posted by @maui22 above) but this studio may have both a picture window and a balcony. This is the only Riviera studio I have seen so far with this atypical layout.
