OK how about you just tell me because I am the one asking I suppose. Is this one of those "greatest stage show hits" type of performances? Can't seem to find much info about it on the Internet. Is it worth going to over some of the other shows on the magic? (my wife is pretty allergic to stage shows LOL)

Thanks for the help!

As it's the "Welcome Aboard" show, I'd think it's basically a reworking of the "introduction to your cruise" type show.

A little bit of storyline, and the Cruise Director comes out and talks about how great the cruise is going to be. And introduces the individual entertainers onboard (magician, comedian, whatever). Usually 1 or 2 of them, and they do a little bit out of their respective shows to whet your appetite.

It's never been a "greatest stage show" type show.

I believe it's a new show that just went officially 'live' this cruise, which is probably why you can't find anything on it yet.

Argh, sorry, I was thinking it was the 'once upon a song' show....sorry. Oops.

We've seen the Once Upon a Song show a couple of times. It's basically a review type show with the various singers/dancers coming on and off stage and performing Disney songs. Bare stage, sometimes with steps that rotate/change.

We saw the Be Our Guest show on the Magic on June 4. The cruise director gives a speech, then they do a song from (or similar to) the upcoming shows such as Twice Charmed, Tangled, and Dreams, and a short act from a performer, such as a magician. The last song, Be our Guest, is the best out of all the acts, but overall the show is one of the last I would watch again.

How does this show compare to the previous All Aboard Let the Magic Begin show? I always liked this one and thought that with the Final Farewell show it bookended the cruise nicely.

It was definitely the weakest of the shows like Stacie said.. I remember leaving and thinking "I hope they're not all like this.." The finale was cool, but two of the variety acts, the magician and the guy with the guitar were not my favorite..

It's probably just me but I preferred Let The Magic Begin, because it got you in the mood for the rest of the cruise, whereas this just feels like an introduction to the performers you will be seeing later anyway without any particular storyline. Not an improvement for me anyway. The last scene was good.
