Tell Me What We Need to Know about SSR!

My parents are staying there as first-time DVC users beginning January 28th. What should we know? Where should we request for them to stay within the resort?

Hi NikkiBell...Merry Christmas first off!

We are DVC owners at SSR. Its absolutely our favorite resort. I have stayed at all Disney resorts except the CBR and GF and its by far my fav still. If you go to the boards at DVC and just do a general search...you will find tons of info.

We love the layout (its no more spread out than others we've stayed at)...the Springs is our fav area...the main house...Artists Palette...the Turf Club food is fabulous. The rooms are spotless and the views are wonderful. All the CM's are super as is the bus system. The pool, the spa...its all good!!

We love it there and will be staying again in June of 08...we can't wait!

Hows the bus service???? Thing I like is its right by DTD.
