Tell me something about yourself(all in fun) that no one else knows

No one else knows I bought 3 more pairs of shorts today. I am busy stockpiling shorts for our trip in August. I figure I will need at least 18 pairs. I am so NOT doing laundry on vacation. If I bring 18 pairs of shorts I will have 2 for each day, plus a pair for the plane ride there and back. DH will have a fit if he sees I bought more stuff. BUT I was clever enough to buy shorts that are identical to shorts I already have, so it should be a long time before he realizes I have LOTS of the SAME shorts! He never does laundry, so it's not like he'll see them in there!

I can tie knots, when I tie my shoes I make a knot, then two bunny ears and tie them in a knot. I don't have a clue as to how to tie my shoes the "real" way.

Wait a minute - this isn't the way you are supposed to tie shoes? I have been tying them wrong all this time and no one has said anything to me!!

My DD is the same way (she's 18yo). Sometimes I will tease here and open the door, but I do close it again). I'm that way if my DH is out of town.

well...i don't think anyone knows that i listen to BBC radio..in Cantonese. Nope, I don't understand *much* of it, but i just like the way it sounds.

i also have to check my car door locks exactly twice before i can go inside.

i really don't like silky underpants....they creep me out.

I also will not sleep without at least a sheet covering me. I have a phobia that someone will break into the house in the middle of the night and see me laying there out in the open.

Me TOO! Although I do it because I feel like the sheet protects me.

I also have to sleep with socks on. If I don't, I'll wake up 10 times because my feet are cold.

I can't sit in a restaurant with my back to the door or walkway. I have to sit facing it.

I also firmly believe in "Shower Optional Sunday". I convinced DH to be grimey with me, too. It's like a holiday for us.

Um, aren't they the same thing? You have to daily figure out the "good guys from the bad", race at break-neck speed to save someone from eating paste or swallowing a paperclip, and feel the need to carry a gun to work for protection. I think the position you hold now is MUCH more dangerous! (and greatly appreciated ).

No matter what I've got planned during the day, I drop everything to watch Unsolved Mysteries reruns at 1:00pm. Then I remember all the scary parts when I get up for my midnight tinkle.

Have you ever seen the movie Bloody Mary? Yeah, it scared the poop out of me, the guy thinks it's his dog, only it's the ghost thing, and, ahhhhh!

I'm scared of my attic. I have the door to the attic in my room instead of a closet, and it's scared me since i was 13 and switched rooms with my little brother so I could paint this one. My room's very pretty, but scary to me

my dd is the same way she is 17 yrs. my son can't sleep with them closed.
We make a joke she doesn't want to know what is coming out of her closet to get her and he wants to see what is going to get him.

MY daughter too! ...except she's 8. The closet door is right beside her bed.

The "open end" of my pillowcase has to be facing the middle of the bed.


For whatever bizarre reason, I think it is bad luck to have it facing in the other direction. I have done this for as long as I can remember.
