Tell me how to make room requests at the Grand Floridian!!!!

We are staying at the Grand Floridian Royal Palm Club for three nights next week. The concierge gentlemen I spoke with said there is "NO WAY" to fax room requests in to the hotel but I remember reading about it on this board. Can someone tell me how to fax my requests (non-smoking/Magic Kingdom view)? I don't have the number or what to put in my request. Thanks for your help!!

Hmm--this is curious to me. The Royal Palm Club should be able to take room requests directly for you. They did this for us during our stay. Naturally, room requests can't be guaranteed but they'll try their best. I'm not sure why they told you that you couldn't fax requests. I'd recommend faxing or emailing the Royal Palm Club directly. Forgot to add--the resort itself won't have your reservation in its computer until about 4 or 5 days out. So, I'd recommend noting it through Disney's CRO (or WDTC whichever you booked through) now. Then, if you'd like to reiterate, you can contact the resort 4 or 5 days out. Good luck!
