My 17 year old is graduating this June. Back in July of last year, I booked 3 hotels. She decided she didn't want to do Disneyland, but I never cancelled reservations. Fast forward and now she wants to go and go to Universal. I haven't saved up anything because we weren't going. :(

So, one of the hotels I have the Travelodge for 8 nights for $665. I have looked at tickets and I can get tickets for about $1750. So my total would be approx - $2415. Still a stretch, but doable.

I searched but I haven't seen any recent reviews for this hotel. Does anyone have any recent stays there? Like the last 6 months or so?

Thanks!

Cassie

We stayed there about 6 mo ago. It's a very basic, old motel. Nothing special. Rooms were reasonably clean, carpet has seen better days. Bed was ok. While we were there it looked like they were possibly starting to change out mattresses in some of the rooms. My biggest complaint was the gap around the door. I'm talking 1/2" to 3/4" on some places. Door still shut and locked but the gap was huge. We ended up going to target and buying duck tape, and taped the entire frame each night. Also parking can be kinda crazy. If you leave later in the day and come back there us a chance that there won't be a spot open and you have to park next door at dennys. It is just a short walk to the toy story parking lot where you can hop on the buses to the park. Overall if I was on a super tight budget I would consider staying here again. Hth!
