Has anyone stayed there? How is the location and service? I stumbled across a $76/night promo and I'm thinking about jumping on it, since the hotel looks a lot nicer than a lot of the other rooms I've been seeing in the same price range.

We like it, it's a Convention Hotel so has full service bar, restaurant, fitness center, executive level, etc. It's not "resort" like at all, but the pool area is nice and clean. There is a small food court located there which is convenient. The rooms are nicely furnished. It's a bit of a walk, but not too bad if you use ART, Toy Story Lot or uber. The parking fee is $21/25 which can add up.
That is a great rate, where did you find it? The lowest I've been able to get was $99 with their HOLIDAYS promotion.

We really like it! It is one of our go to places! Service has always been great. And that is an amazing price! I would like to know where you found that rate as well.

What a great rate , have stayed there several times, we have always just walked to and from the parks 15-20 min tops,

We are booked here for June, on points. We could have stayed at any of the Hiltons ... newer, bigger rooms/suites, free breakfast etc BUT this trip is all about the parks so we went for location to walk. Glad to hear there is an executive level, with Diamond hoping it has some extras.

At that rate nothing else matters... unless there is a convention.

This past summer I was part of a large convention that used the Hilton as the primary hotel along with the Marriott and a couple of others. I opted to stay at the Sheraton, which was not one of the conference hotels. I am glad I did. During the convention the lobby was crazy busy and crazy loud. My staff team stayed at he Hilton. We opted to eat at the Marriott over the Hilton since it was quieter, cheaper and we felt better food.

So with all that said for $76 a night I wouldn't hesitate, but I'd also find out what's going on at the Convention Center during that time. My gut says nothing and that's why they have dropped the rate.

I have stayed there. It's definitely a convention hotel, but they keep it in pretty good shape. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, and it's close enough to DL to be walkable. For that rate, I'd book it in a heartbeat.

Thanks all! I did book it, and I couldn't be happier. $396 and change for 4 nights in mid-January, including tax - it was a Hotwire hot rate but easy enough to match up which hotel it was based on the reviews (not many properties have 5000+ TripAdvisor reviews). The parking fee isn't an issue since we aren't picking up our rental car until the end of the Disneyland part of our trip, so it sounds like the Hilton should be perfect... and quite a bit nicer than I'd expected to find for the money!

You got a great deal. For $76 you definitely won't find anything better. And you can walk over to the Toy Story lot and take the bus from there.

We really like the Hilton. A few tips: if there is a convention going on, allow extra time for the elevators -- they can get crowded and you might not always make the first one that arrives. Check with the Starbucks about their hours each day -- closing time can change each day -- we just ask as we pass by on our way out each morning. This is not a corporate owned store, so mobile order doesn't work; but they do have a HH line that is faster. There is a small food court toward the back of the hotel and, if there is a convention going on at the ACC, check for food trucks by the ACC entrance. Sometimes you can get fun things at the trucks!

Executive level was squashed about 10-15 years ago here. Only thing Diamond gets is a bottle of water at check in and coupons for breakfast at the buffet.

Great rate. Wonder if they’re doing a soft furnishing refurb or something. I got it for $130 a night all in over Christmas.
All the best.

Thank you. The coupons for breakfast will be of value.

Sorry to get everyone's hopes up! and put mis-information out there. I could have been mixing this Hilton up with another.

It's nice, full service hotel with expected amenities (valet, room service, etc...). Starbucks downstairs, but be prepared for a line if you're not an HHonors higher level member (they have their own line).

ART shuttle is easy and frequent, and even if you miss the last shuttle of the day, it's a reasonable walk from the park in a pinch. You can also get an Uber/Lyft to take you to the drop off point.

Parking is $$$$ though, but many hotels charge the same. Another downside: it's a big hotel, so walking to your room with all your luggage might be a bit of a slog (can request bell hop assistance, though).

My preference is the Marriott across the street, but I generally treat them as equivalent. I'll probably switch to the JW Marriott once it's open next year as my 4* go-to.
