Tell me about the HA GVs at OKW

I had to change our reservation to a HA GV through disability services today because my mother has mobility issues and now gets around through the use of an ECV (we'll be bringing her personal mobility chair with us) Of course my number one priority is my mother's health and safety, but I have to admit I'm not thrilled with the idea of the super low countertops or having 1st floor access. In all the times we've been we've always requested an upper floor. Can anyone provide any experiences, pics, etc that will excite me about them somewhat?
