I have never been, but I think it's something DBF will really enjoy! What goes on there? What is this kungaloosh all about? :) Are the character actors out all of the time? What other activities are there besides drinking (if any)?

The whole place is one big show with interaction from the people. There are also little rooms where they have different entertainment and several shows a night in the library. The shows get more adult as the night goes on. It is great fun and I will leave you to learn about "kungaloosh" when you visit there.

flyball- that question will open up a whole can of worms! We started bringing our boys at about those ages, and they enjoyed it. Feel free to PM me if you like.

I've often wondered, what is in the Kungaloosh?

Kungaloosh is either a salute or a drink, or both if you happen to be saluting and drinking at the same time.

Assuming you mean the drink, all I remember is that there's blackberry brandy in it.

In my and DGF's opinion it is a must-do everytime. Lots of fun!:drinking1

Just wanted to let you know that there was an article featuring the Adventurers Club in the latest Disney magazine. I've never been there myself, but it sounds like a great place for audience participation.

Thanks for the recipes for the Kungaloosh. The old recipe sounds tastier than the new, but I'll still give it a try when I go!

My wife & I went last year, and it was one of the best experiences we had at WDW! During the night, they will usher people into different rooms to watch different skits (the schedule is posted in the “lobby” area), and most of the characters will be in the room where the skit is taking place. Usually characters not involved in the skit will hang out in the lobby area to interact with the new guests that arrive while the skit is going on (from the times we went, once the skit starts, they close the door to the room and it stays closed until the end of the skit).

There is a lot of adult humor, but it is usually worded so that children won’t pick up on it. The skits have the same plot from one night to another, but there is enough improv to make it a different experience. We visited the club twice (2 different nights) during our last stay, and it was cool to see the actors taking on different roles than they did the previous night.

I can’t say enough great things about this place, and would highly recommend it!

As for the Kungaloosh, that was our drink of choice there. Very tasty!

Thanks for all of the info! It sounds like a must-do. I think he will really like it. And I'm really looking forward to the Kungaloosh. :)
