It will be 6 adults. I see one room is just bunk beds on some descriptions, but not others.

What's really in those things? lol

Transporation...I read there's no bus stop and it's a long walk to SSR. How's that work....we are big on Disney Transportation. Some sites actually suggested just using your own car.

The week I looked at renting DVC for the Tree House Villas they are significantly less than a 2 or 3 bedroom villa, so I really like that, but will we actually like them once there?

:hippie:

If you are going to sleep adults in those bunks beds, they will need to be short adults. The adults in our party were all too tall for them.

We stayed in the THV this past March and loved them. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third one has bunk beds. Some people have said that they are small, but my older boys who are 5'3" had ample room. We really enjoyed the privacy of them. If you don't have a car, which we did not, I would suggest asking to be on the south side - it's a shorter walk to the main building and a 7 min walk to the Grandstand bus stop, which is the first stop for the park busses. There is also an internal THV bus that will take you to the Springs stop, which is right across from the main pool and community hall. We only used that once when it was raining heavily. We never minded the walking and thought the grounds were beautiful.

Yes, the third bedroom is bunkbeds. There is not much space in that room, so they didn't put regular beds in it...as for size, they are about what a normal bunkbed is length wise, so a twin, but with bunks it means there are posts at the end. The other two rooms have queens.

Transportation is not horrible and we did fine without a car. As PP mentioned, ask for near the south bus stop and you can walk over to grandstand to catch the park busses. The internal shuttle runs every 10 minutes, it is actually shorter to walk, but if you don't feel like it, the internal shuttle is a great option.

With six adults it might be awkward with the bunk beds, just and FYI. One couple could always use the sofa bed....

My adult DD stayed in the bunk bed room and was very comfy. She is 5'7". But my son who is closer to 6'0" laid on one and did not "hang over". :thumbsup2
