Trip planned for NEXT MONDAY (Presidents Day)!! Is it hard to get a table overlooking iasw? How does the mobile ordering work? Is the food any good? Is it super crowded based on it's location? Thinking about eating lunch right about 12:15pm so I'm figuring that is the worst time but that's what fits in the schedule. Thanks for the info!

My family has eaten here twice, on a whim, and once got a really good seat overlooking IASW and the other time we ate outside upstairs (by choice) to overlook the park. Both times we only waited about 5-10 minutes for our food and both were within normal lunch hours. I feel like people actually forget about dining Pinocchio's Village Haus!! It's normal park fare so "good" is subjective. I wouldn't turn down my nose at it, but there are much better meals available at the MK. I hope that you have fun on your trip!!

It’s fine, food is good and it will be crowded anywhere you choose at 12:15, so if is the place to be for the sake of your park plans, go ahead.

We really like to sit by the windows overlooking Small World. Standard "comfort" food, but a convenient central location. Often a toss up for us between here and Columbia Harbor House. One doesn't seem more crowded than the other, we go after 1 and seems like reasonable lines.

Yes, at 12:15pm it will be tight to get a table in PVH and probably even harder to get on at the window overlooking IASM, PVH is always crowded at lunch time. If the weathers nice, go upstairs and see if you can get an outside seat. That faces Fantasyland, pretty view. If not, the area upstairs seems to be a little quieter but overall, we like PVH, love their flatbreads, pretty good for QS. They have a good little mickey sprinkle chocolate brownie, one of my favorite QS treats at MK. Mobile ordering is really easy, you can put your order in the app earlier that day and then when you are a few min from PVH you can say you are there and it will be ready or close to ready when you arrive. It's a time saver for sure. A CM will guide you to the mobile pick up line. Have fun!!

Decent enough food but we have only come close to those windows seats once. During our last trip they had a CM directing people to table and making sure they had trays of food. We were directed to one of the nice window seats when a family literally ran in front of us and sat down informing me that they deserved the seats more because they had small children and mine were older. Not worth fighting over we took a table behind them although I must confess to being petty and making comments to my daughter about spoiled people who are so obviously in love with themselves. This place is on our CS list for June.

President's Day, 12:15 lunch: It is going to be crazy crowded, I'm afraid. I agree with the PP that mobile ordering is your best choice and that perhaps finding a table in the indoor or outdoor balcony area may be easier. Most people don't notice what is not right in front of them.

Yes, you're right, I had forgotten that, same thing when we ate at satuuli in AK, they won't let you sit till you get your food so no splitting off to save a table. But WOW, people are definitely pills!!

Can be busy. Often seating upstairs is easier to get. Not as crowded if you go earlier or later than noon. Good flatbreads. If you go around noon, definitely do the mobile ordering. Will save you a lot of time.

Does anyone know if we can load Disney gift cards into My Disney Experience and use that to pay for the meals with Express Ordering?
