Tell me about paying for your vacation at WDW...

We know that you book the room and pay $200 down... then do we just pay whatever we'd like monthly? Or must we pay nothing until we get there? If I book through AAA must I pay for it all up front?

If you're booking a package, you can pay $200 down and then pay however often you like towards your balance, as long as the balance is paid 45 days prior to arrival. AAA handles this the same. But if you book through AAA or another travel agency, you have to make your payments through them since they essentially own your reservation.

If you're booking room-only, you pay for the first night or $200 down, then nothing else until check-in.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong on the room-only.

The room only is first nights cost. So if you book at a value your cost could be $100, if you book deluxe you could have to put down $400. Depends on the room cost.
