Tell me about online teeth straightening-Candid, Smile Direct

Looking to use one of the online companies for teeth straightening. Smile direct has been around the longest but has bad reviews for customer service if you have a problem- they do send all the sets at once now which will prevent your next set being late. Anyone had recent experience with any of them? Thanks!
