My DDad thinks my boys (5 & 2) will love this. It's a 3-D movie, right? Is it long, do you remember how long it lasts? Is it at specific times throughout the day or is it continuous?
We're trying to figure out if we could see this and get to the Power Rangers meet and greet by their first 9:45 autograph signing (we'll be there at rope drop)

thanks

It is a 3D movie, but presented in a special theatre in a way only the muppets could do it! It runs continuously and there is a pre-show area that you fill into while the theatre is full. As soon as the show finishes, the preshow area filters in, and the process starts over again. As I recall, it runs about 15 minutes, but I would count on alloting it about 45 minutes, depending on how you catch it.

If you like the Muppets (who doesn't?) this is a show not to be missed. I've seen it at least ten times, and still love it. Even the preshow area is fun. I agree with your dad--theres not a 2 and 5 year old who won't enjoy this one!

Kids of all ages love this show. The pre-show in the waiting room is just as funny as the 3-D show. And the hecklers, Statler and Waldorf, just crack me up!

It is a 25 minute show that is shown continuosly. It is very fun for all ages. It also exits about 300 feet from the Power Rangers area. If you get there for the first show, you should be able to make both. I would go and get in line for the Power Rangers first and then go see the movie. The autographs seem more important to you. :thumbsup2

Hi There,

The show is 25 mins long, just as the pics show if nobody is present when you start in the line to watch the show, the key to enter theatre is under the mat. It's all good fun.

Its great and your kids will love it!!! :thumbsup2

They will love it! DVDs of the original Muppet Show are available now, perhaps you could let them get familiar with the characters and their particular brand of [very kid-friendly] humor before your trip!

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

You have to do the Muppet Show w/small kids! Our 2 & 4 yr. olds LOVED it and this after the 4 yr. old griped all the way to it about how he did not want to see it b/c he didn't know anything about the muppets. It's not scary at all. It probably ranks in our family's top 10 things to do while at the world!

We LOVE Muppets 3-D - if you listen close to some of the things the muppets say- it is SO funny! When I was a kid, I didn't catch a lot of the jokes.

We loved it! It's a must see every year. Last year when we came out Kermit & Miss Piggy were out & about. We got a lot of pictures I kissed Kermit & Miss Piggy hit me.OUCH! pirate:

I love this show - my DH just goes with me to humor me :rotfl:

Be sure you don't sit right down front on this though - we did this once and the 3D effects were not as good as when you sit further back (middle if you can work it!) :sunny:

Warning if your kids are the nervy sort-Sweetums the big muppet monster comes out before the show begins and walks along the front row, so if your kids are likely to be freaked out bya 6ft monster you may want to sit further back.

if you are refering to the popular belief that kermit calls piggy fatso under his breath you are mistaken. He is saying Fozzy.

I love MuppetVision 3d! If you wanna hear the entire thing before you go, the mp3's are here . :)

We went to WDW when our DS was almost 5. The first "ride" we went on was a Bugs Life at AK. Bad move!!! After that he was totally freaked out and didn't like the 3-D shows. He hid under the seat during the show and didn't want to go to others. We are going again in Sept. and we are hoping for better results. He will be almost 7 (3 months shy). It was hard, he didn't want to get on any of the fun rides. But we will see. Each child differs. Our friends son loved TOT when he was 4 - we didn't bother.

My kids still love Muppets 3-d, and they are all teens now :) Make sure you check everything out in the pre-show room ( look up at the ceiling to see " a-net-full-of jell0 :teeth: ) BTW, I'm a mom of a Marshall as well :)

:3dglasses Muppets 3d is so much fun. Any 3d movie in any of the parks are wonderful but I enjoy muppets most because I get to see the characters I got to see when I was a kid. Chef is the best... make sure at the end of the movie you turn around... I missed what was happening the first time because i was too busy looking at the screen...
Have fun :3dglasses
