tell me about experience with otel.com

they have very good offers for hotels in Orlando, you pay and receive a voucher with the confirmation.anyone has used this otel.com?how was your experience?

I have used it in the past twice. Once when we went to Tennesee and another in Savannah. The first time I went the hotel I booked was horrible. The toilet broke, the card didnt work, no towels, people living there by the week ect. I complained so much they gave me half off my next stay there (not that I ever stayed there again) but said I could not get a refund because it was booked online . I called their home office and after complaining a lot I received a check for $50 in the mail (it cost $144 total). Now when we planned our vacation this past year to Disney I went to the website for prices and reviews from the people who have stayed there . When it came to booking the hotel I called the hotel directly and made a reservation. My cousin did pay for our savannah hotel through the website but I read all the reviews and it was a new hotel so that's why we picked it. If I were you I would use the sights as a tool and read about the hotel but call the hotel directly or go to the websites for the hotel in case there is a problem and you want to leave the hotel. I know it was a longwinded post but I hope it helped

In this case, I know the hotel but what really worries me is the agency, do you have any problem with the voucher paid to them with the hotel?

I used them once and Ill never use them again. It wnast in Orlando but the res was all messed up and the hotel wasnt really taking responsibility and it was a nightmare..Luckily it was only one night but there were 2 adults..2 kids 1 double and a pull out couch..(the adults my friend and I we arent that kind of friends..lol)
I got no discount from anybody,,,I wont do it again. I saved money had i got the room i actually booked.

I've used this site a number of times and find them very good. Even had to cancel once and had no problems getting my money back.

I just got back from my vacation and used otel.com for my 3 nights at the Doubletree at Universal. Just handed over the confirmation/voucher and got the room key. Absolutely no problems at all. I would totally use otel.com again in the future.
