It's a fun breakfast place featuring Minnie, Goofy and Chip 'n Dale in beach attire. It used to be that Minnie would greet guests at the entry, but I've heard she may also make the rounds of the tables, too.
This is a good breakfast buffet with a good selection of hot & cold items, including fresh fruit, granola, cereals, pastries, waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, grits (it is the SOUTH after all), etc. The buffet is set on a square island and is usually well-stocked and maintained.
This character breakfast is a somewhat quiet one compared to Chef Mickey's. There are no crazy antics; you take your own pictures. The interaction is good and while they try not to make it seem rushed, it does feel brief sometimes.
Cons: Even with a PS you may have a long wait, even if you snag one of the 1st ones of the day. Not sure why but they seem to be somewhat slower seating people -- this happened during the slow seasons.
Sometimes the food quality can suffer -- overcooked bacon with undercooked eggs is not too thrilling. But on our last visit in May it had improved.
This is a popular breakfast, so I'd recommend making your PS early. You can go without a PS but I wouldn't recommend it -- unless you really like waiting.
