Teeth whitening products?

Does anyone use teeth whitening products like the strips, rinse, or toothpaste? If so, which ones do you recommend?

For some reason, I am hesitant to use the strips. I had my teeth cleaned yesterday and was given samples of the Crest Whitestrips Supreme. The hygienist said these are a lot stronger than the ones you can purchase in stores. I have tried the Listernine whitening rinse but thought it tasted horrible. Do any of the whitening toothpastes work?

Any recommendations and input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I use professionally made trays and gel. But when I am out I use Crest White Strips. I don't like how they taste or make my tounge tingle.

The big thing is to cut out coffee and soda or you'll just stain your teeth again.

BTW, I don't drink coffee, tea or red wine - but I do drink sodas.
