We're going to Disney in June, and my girls are now 14 and 16. They still want to ride Dumbo!!! We've always gone EE or EMH without waiting. What do you think, will it be ok for them to still ride or is it unfair for the little ones that are in line? :confused3

absolutely they should ride. They have a ticket just like everyone else. Everyone takes their turn! :Pinkbounc

Oh come on!!!!!!!! Let them ride, for Pete's sake. WDW is there for everyone, not just small children.

im 16 and my sisters 13...if we dont ride dumbo or magic carpets of aladdin we get upset. lol... its a must for us and were both teenagers. :teeth:

That's sweet for you to be thinking of little ones! I agree with the other's ~ WDW is for everyone! Let those girls ride!!!!!!!!!!! :yay:

Let them ride while they are still young. Dumbo is one of my favorites and I justhope my sister's 8 year old twins will want to ride this year so I can go on with them.

I'm 40 and anyone who tells me I'm too old to ride Dumbo will be eating their next Mickey bar through a straw!

WDW is for everybody, regardless of ride. My friend and I will be there in 3 days, both in our 30s and I plan to ride. :teeth:

I took my first ride on Dumbo at 30 so there.

Yes, have them go. DS10 took older son's friend 22 on last year, because older guy had never been on it. EVERYONE should ride Dumbo at least once if they go to Disney.

Definitely let them ride, and be glad that they still want to! DD14 and DD11 didn't want to ride on our last trip, and I was :(

Thanks everyone!
You're right , our trip just wouldn't be the same if we didn't ride Dumbo! We always head straight to Fantasyland on EMH days, and can't wait to do it again this year! Now if I can only convince my husband he doesn't need to ride "It's A Small World" five times!
:dumbo:

Let them ride, their desire to feel like a kid won't last much longer. ALTHOUGH, I am an adult who absolutely loves Magic Kingdom and love riding Peter pan, Haunted Mansion, Snow White etc... !

I am 50 something and I have every intention of riding Dumbo in August!!! And if the teens in our group don't think it is "cool" for Gramma to ride, then they can just turn around and look at something else while I enjoy being a kid!!! lol :lmao:

See...that's just cool! WHen I was a kid my Grandma only wanted to ride the 'Wed way people mover' and I thought she was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO boring!
:rotfl:

Well, I would not think twice! Heck, my dad rode it and so did my husband last trip! We have great pics of them. They also rode the teacups together when our girls were tired of the teacups! :D Now THAT is a picture to treasure!
