We are taking my ds's babysitter with us on this next trip and he and dd want to go to the luau. I do not think my son will enjoy or sit through it and he loves to eat in the Castle. Will there be a problem with dd(17) and the sitter(15) going to the luau with out an adult? I would be at the MK with ds eating in the Castle.

It would be fine. They would enjoy it. My teens eat without us a lot at WDW.

Well, considering I was at WDW for my spring break trip senior year in high school, and my friend and I were both 17 at the time, alone at WDW...

I don't see anything wrong with them attending the dinner show without you. ;)

This last trip we had a table of 4 teenage girls sitting next to us...they were well behaved and there wasn't a problem with it. If they want to go, I'd send them!

By that age they are more than old enough to manage themselves. Bring a cell phone, figure out a meeting spot and be on your way :)

I was 17 and my mom was ready to pay for me and a girlfriend to go to disney alone for 4 nights as a graduation gift. My girlfriend's parents said no, and my parents couldn't believe it. We were headed off to colleges in other states in 3 months!
