I apologize in advance for the detail in this question, but I want to make sure that I have my ducks in a row for my upcoming booking plans. Here's the deal - I have a February use year and have banked my remaining 2009 points into 2010. With those points, I have 417 points available for 2010, with another 220 points available to borrow from 2011 (a total of 637 through 2011).
I am planning on booking a 2011 Dream cruise when the booking window opens next Monday, which will cost 294 points. However, my December 2010 parks trip (which I can book January 18, 2010) will cost 268 points. My question is will booking my Dream cruise next week with my 2010 points mess up my ability to book my December, 2010 trip in January, 2010? Do I need to wait until February, 2010 in order to book the Dream cruise since I will need my available 2010 points for my 2010 parks trip? Or can I book the Dream cruise on Monday and then book the December, 2010 parks trip at my 11 month window on January 18, 2010?? While I'm sure that the Dream will fill up quickly, the priority is to get my 2010 trip booked since it's over Christmas.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
