Ok, hope this will make sense.

I have several pictures downloaded on Windows, that say they're "HP MediaSmart Photos"... probably since we have an HP laptop :)

Well there are several pictures that we really like, that are irreplaceable, but need some color added. Don't ask, it would take forever to describe and explain :sad2:

Anyone familiar with the program I'm trying to describe? Does anyone know how to photo shop or add / change color? Again, this is budget related because to try and replace these pics would cost a fortune, IF we could even do it :headache:

TIA for any ideas you might have.

What do you mean that they need some color added? Something like someone's wearing a white shirt that you want to be green? Or that it's an old photo that is faded? Or one that is too light or perhaps too much flash and it's washed someone out? :confused3 Some fixable, some not, but hard to recommend without some clarification on that.

Yes, we need to add color to clothing. On our old computer, there used to be an easy way to do it. (I think it was a Dell). But while there's a way to make it brighter ect, don't see anything about adding color.

Is it somehow possible, maybe move / send it to another program?

Microsoft comes with a program called "Paint" - if you go to Start>All Programs>Accessories, it should be there (it has a paint can).

I can't tell you how to use it, because I have & use Photoshop, but that might have been what you used.

You might also be able to find an online site - I think Picassa allows some editing?

THANK YOU, that's it!! Just played with it for awhile --- not easy but it'll work!! Thank you again very much!! :goodvibes
