Tech problems w/ Fitday

So I'm cruising along, entering my foods, and then it just decides it's not going to do it anymore. I click Add to foods and the page does nothing and the little ball spins and spins. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't think my computer needs an overhaul (Mac OSX running IE 5.1), just me. I can barely get through entering one meal without having this happen. Hope someone can help.

Thanks Mom! My hubbie just updated my operating system (sounds like a euphemism for something naughty but it wasn't). I'll go try now.
