Tech Issue with BOG Pre-Ordering

Curious if anyone else is experiencing issues finalizing a pre-order for BOG lunch? Issue has been happening three days now. I can load my cart with desired items, and can also click on "Review Order" and all is well. But when I click "Place Order" I get...

"There was an issue finalizing your order. Select "Try Again" or return later to make your selections."

I have tried it on Google Chrome, Firefox and also tried to place the order from my phone. Get the same message in all cases. I do have a ticket opened with the Disney Internet Help Desk. Just curious if this is happening to anyone else, and if so, if they found a work around?

I just did my pre-order and had no problem.
 
Don't sweat it! In my experience pre-ordering doesn't speed things up. Order when you get there :)

Did you try deleting your order, logging off, closing your browser, turning off your computer and then going back in to build a new order the next day? Disney resets their data overnight and maybe something is hanging up there.

It might not change anything but if you have plenty of time before your ADR then it could be worth a try.

You sure you didn't get in the wrong line? We've bypassed lines that stretched all the way across the bridge of people waiting to order, and went straight to a register with 3 or 4 people in front of us to pay for our pre-order.

I preordered twice a couple of weeks ago. I didn't wait at all. They sent me to the left side of the bridge with no one in front of me. I got to the entrance and they asked if I preordered and directed me to a cashier with no line. The regular line was all the way down the bridge both times, so it probably saved me a good 15 minutes or more. It was nice. And both times, I waited until the night before to preorder.
 
do you have names from your MDE associated with all your ADR spots. I recall last Fall when I was doing my pre-order for our November trip that some people were having problems doing the pre-order and the problem turned out to be needing to have a name with each for all the reservations. If one or more was listed as "Guest" they could not pre-order.

Deleted order, restarted computer, re-entered order, BOOM. It took it. Tech sure can be funny. Thanks for the suggestion.

Looks like I needed to delete the order and re-enter. Inexplicably, it didn't like it the first time. All set!
 
We found pre-order saves us tons of time and for breakfast that might mean the difference in a couple of no wait times on SDMT. Glad you got it fixed!!!
