Thanks! I want to go back to California Grill and Kona, but other than that we hope to try all new places. Among the restaurants on our wish list:
- Flying Fish
- Artist Pointe
- 'Ohana (dinner)
- Les Chefs de France
- Boatwright's
- Chef Mickey's (breakfast)

Yes, we will definitely have to have a Guiness at Rose & Crown. Maybe one of these years we'll all be there at the same time.

Once I'm sure I will start my PTR!! Right now Kona is a definate based on your reviews Raglan Road based on Eeyore's reviews of the chowder !!Gettin to see a pattern I rely on the Dis for ideas !!!! I am internat less right now so am not around as much as before , this will change soon!!

I've been thinking about you (or at least I did think about you once)!

The boys and I tagged along w/my husband on a business trip this week. Thursday night, we ate at Kona and guess what I had for DINNER???

YEP! Just like we talked about those darn wings! You were right! That appetizer WAS enough for dinner! LOVED IT!

Yep, let me know if you'll be there same time as Team Renfroe and we'll have to meet up for a Dis meet! The Pop actually sounds like a LOT of fun and I am already looking foward to it!

Oh yes, I don't think you'll be disappointed in Kona. When I think about how that is 1TS on the dining plan, and some of the other places are 2TS, I think Kona is really a great value.

I would love to try Raglan Road next time!

I TOLD you Kona was great! Were those wings terrific or what? If we have the basic dining plan on our next trip, I will pay for Kona out of pocket and just order the wings.

Kona WAS great! I thought it was a good deal--not terribly expensive, the food was delicious, and of course, you cannot beat the atmosphere of the POLY!

Let me tell you what else we discovered this time. We stayed for two nights at the Swan on the Boardwalk. (My husband had some Sheraton points, and we used them there.)

The last day of our trip, we didn't want to drive out to 192 for breakfast, so we decided to try the Boardwalk and see what all was available. We ended up at Spoodles.

I am telling you Alan. On your next trip, do not miss that place. We were pleasantly surprised! It was UNBELIEVABLE!

They have an all-you-can-eat breakfast for the kids for $7! That is great for my son! In fact, we ordered one plate, and my younger son, who hardly eats anything at 7, ate what my older son didn't want. It worked out perfectly.

The atmosphere cannot be beat, and the food was all priced comparable to Cracker Barrel, believe it or not.

I cannot believe I have been going to Disney for seven years, and I've never eaten there.

I did a quick search on the dining threads, and my opinions were confirmed. Most people are raving about Spoodles on the threads over there.

When we go for our big trip in September, I'd love to squeeze a little lunch or dinner into our day off there. I bet it would be as good as their breakfast!

I have heard wonderful things from several DISers and personal friends about Spoodles breakfast. Now I'm convinced! It WILL be on my list of ADRs for our next trip....might be a nice way to start a day before Epcot. Thanks!

It is by far one of the best TRs I have ever read!

We love adding all the food photos and reviews to our TRs too. I can't thank you enough for all the wonderful photos and info. Your family is adorable. I am so glad you all had such a great time and are going back in June. We are also planning a trip around that time in June 2009. I plan on doing at least one visit to DHS for Star Wars weekends, how about you?

Awww...thank you SO much, mickeymotto! What a great compliment! We had a great time putting the trip report together.

I am pretty proud of our family (aka Team Renfroe) and we truly had the time of our lives! Can't wait to go back in May, 2009!

Speaking of Star Wars, my DS is just now getting into it. We have watched The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones within the past 7 days! He is loving it! He loved Star Tours on our last trip as well...but June might be difficult for me to travel with my schedule.
