Happy Birthday Supreme Leader!!​

My FB skeletons are coming out of the woodwork Mel! There's a limit to how much I'll divulge here, but let's just say some weren't exactly "boyfriends" per se, but they were more than "friends", too. A big-time, legit ex was one of my first FB friends and it's actually been really nice to chat with him again, but we were friends after being romantically involved and just lost touch about 15 years ago. Others, of the other category, keep showing up in my Suggested Friends, but I haven't touched them, lol!

So. About that arctic blast coming Fri. Guess who's flying to Buff. that day? It's like the weather gods and goddsses are going all out to remind me why I live down here.

At least you get to GO BACK to Florida! It's hitting us today. The temp was 30 when I got up. They said it will be 0 by bedtime...brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Can you UNFRIEND someone? I mean, if Bob isn't thrilled with the idea.

(By the way, Bob is a hip, now kinda guy...he isn't a jealous neandrethal...but still I don't think you should go courting trouble, IKWIM?)

I am sort of dying to know what he's been up to. He was a very smart kid!

I feel the same way, Mel. I accepted one, then un-friended him because I felt uncomfortable with him knowing my daily business. He must have realized it and asked again, and I igonred him. He was a jerk that was K's friend before we started dating, so I really didn't want him around.

We were supposed to go to the Capitol in Austin today, but ended up staying home because my friend who was going with us was having contractions again. She really needs to take it easy and a 3 hour tour of the capitol grounds wasn't a good idea.

I didn't want to go alone since we don't know anyone else in that group and we can go any time. So now we're home chlling with no school scheduled.

I shampooed the lounge carpet this morning, the colour of the water was disgusting I then played 9 holes as the weather is actually OK I played OK too! I'm now sitting here with my feet up on the sofa as the carpet is still damp

Dilemma for the day.....

Ex-boyfriend requests on FB. Haven't talked to this one since 11th grade. BUT....I don't think Bob would like it. How are you guys handling this one?

I carshed early last night too. I didn't even make it half way through CSI Miami. It was good to catch up on some sleep! Actually will be busy at work today and then at lunch time I have walk down to the school district building to drop off some paperwork for Jim. I figured I better do it today when it 40 degrees instead of tomorrow when it will be in the teens

We had a horrid morning.

Apparently, Jon's teacher told him the world was ending in 2012.

Even if you believe that...please don't spread it onto my kid. Who has a tendency to become obsessed with things.

I've already been on the phone with the school. I AM NOT HAPPY.

We've just had a huge load of rain, just at school pick up as normal I've got a conference call in 1.5 hours, they're so weird as you're not sure who's talking and whether you should OMG can you imagine us lot on a conference call?

She told him week before last that he needs his meds so he isn't bad. WTH? Not being able to focus is NOT bad behavior. I'm pretty ticked and need to send an email, but I'm having problems.

I think I finally have the energy to make my bed, empty the dishwasher and put a load of wash in. It's really windy and cold and snowy outside! I'm dreading the next 3 days!

Sounds like everyone's morning is starting off a little harsh. Except maybe Jo, who got to golf and then laze around... JK, honey, I know you cleaned, first.

Yeah, the predicted "blizzard" here in Chicago was maybe an inch of snow. It's not even that windy. The sun is beaming down, so we should have NO issues getting home, thank goodness. I think it's still supposed to deep freeze here tomorrow, then follow us home for Thursday/Friday, but that's OK.

I went to bed fairly early last night. D's friend didn't leave until 1:30, so he's tired. MIL is off to work, FIL is taking us to the airport in about 4 minutes, so I'll talk to you all later!
