Quick update on the kids. DD11 is feeling much better. DS6 has no more sore throat, and has had a normal temp the last few times I've checked. Seems like we are on the mend.:thumbsup2

I posted this over on the DVC board, but I wanted to get the views of my preferred DVC experts over here. :goodvibes

Back to work for a little while anyway. :surfweb: TTFN!

I don't know if anyone else has answered this, so sorry if it's a repeat.
You've got your number of points needed figured out. I think you should split your points up into 1 80 point contract and 4 50 point contracts. The smaller contracts are easier to sell and get a little more per point on resale. Also, you can will your contracts, so if you have your contracts in smaller portions, you can also will a contract to each child.

Yes Jen, you must ride in this:

:lovestruc :cloud9:

:Sorry, V, you can't date Jen now. :confused3 [/COLOR]

:rotfl2:

Sadly, she was the best candidate I've had yet, too!

:lmao:

It's interesting though. I did the math and Heba would have won had she been in the finals! I think the public wanted Michelle to win and knew that this was the way to go.

I voted for Ed, twice:rolleyes1 Only becasue Heba's whining got to me! I'm just glad Vicky didn't win!:thumbsup2

Jen! Great news! I know where you can get a band pretty cheap for your wedding!!!! All you have to do is invite us!!!!

I`ll be the bartender!!

IMHO the most important memeber of ANY wedding party!:thumbsup2

Unfortunately for us, she can and she did!

Someone needs to go over to that school she works at and make her post more details!

I think Dawn is the closest to her. Dawn start driving to NM now please!

Actually, Gramma and I were just dicussing this the other day, and my type seems to be pretty boys, but with a litle edge. Tall-ish (I've never dated anyone under 5'10"), good bone structure, can and will wear a suit beautifully, honest, real and open-minded, financially secure (note: not necessarily rich, but able to support himself. Rich is good, too.;) ). In short, a gay man would be ideal.

:lmao: Unfortuantely all the single men I know in FLorida are retired, but they have awesome pensions and get those month Social Security Checks!:thumbsup2

Awesome, Janet! Give Jimmy a high five for me!

Will Do! Thanks T:goodvibes

Nope, no instrument. But I can ROCK the mic!

Well, we will need a singer for jen's wedding!:thumbsup2

Can you believe I forgot to buy Andy something for Christmas?

Wrap up those DVC points.!

Tell me about it. I called every parent on the list to help with the classroom party and only 1 called me back. She's bringing punch. I got stuck with the cupcakes, ice cream cups, plates, napkins, utensils. Nice, huh? Whatever, lame parents - I did it for the kids. 'Nuff said.

That's awful. Jimmy's teacher sent a note home with things listed that were needed for their party on Friday. I signed up for one thing, but also sent a note saying that if she didn't get enough of anyone thing to let me know and I would make up the difference. It just makes me sad that some parents have no interest in being involved with their kids school stuff:sad2:

Speaking of cherries.... do you guys have a Harry & David near you? They have the most awesome Bing Chocolate Cherries!

::yes:: there is one in the King of Prussia Mall. Have never gone in, willhave to check it out!

It's not like her to not check for so long. I'll try too. Maybe if she is bombarded with Focker calls, she'll call one of us back. I do everything is ok. I'm seriously worried.:guilty:

See below!:thumbsup2

I KNEW IT !!!![/B] SO Jen... Florida... the week of April 12 works for me...:thumbsup2

YEs, but August would be better, right sheriff!?

Dawn You and Mel and Slate... I'm ordering SPECIAL FLAME BATONS for this occasion... My treat...:cool1:

OK, who's DH is a Fireman? Jodi? Make sure he is at the ready!

You`ve ALMOST described my brother!! :lmao: want his Match.com profile? :rotfl2:

I think V has been banned from Match.com;)

---------------------------------

I just talked to Mo! She is just swamped at work and has not had much time for dissing. Bonnie is still working her way back. Murph is doing GREAT! She said to tell everyone thanks for worrying about her and she promises that she will check in next week!

Happens all the time usually 2-3 mom's carry all the activities every year.
This year... I'm NOT a room mom but an available if Needed... GUESS WHO IS NEEDED FRIDAY:headache:

YEs, but August would be better, right sheriff!?
August is good too but that's making her wait too long.

I am guessing that THIS IS GOING TO BE A "QUICKIE" Wedding. Maybe too quck Jen... But This Saturday makes a nice Anniversary:rolleyes1 .

OK, who's DH is a Fireman? Jodi? Make sure he is at the ready!

:rotfl2:

he goes to his dad's after school Fri. and I won't see him again until 11am Xmas day. Why can't the days before he goes away be better? :sad1:
That must be tough

I will post all three. These are DEAR to my heart, people, just like you! I make them EVERY year. I am known for the gingersnaps....people start asking for them at Halloween!
Enjoy.
Awwww Mel you're such a sweet heart :goodvibes

The neighboring town has decided to cancel school the rest of the week, so I'm a little scared.
Yikes hope they don't do that to you!

Fine people. I'm getting married.
Wow Jen that's fantastic, we want details :yay:

:rotfl2:

V - my nephew meets all your requirements, but he is only 26. Are you a cougar? He is a VP of a company, so financially stable. I don't know if you can see my facebook friends, but he is one of my friends. His name is Michael.

Jodi - sorry to hear about your mil. Hope she will be okay.

As far as the band goes, I'm out of the running for the majorette.

CONGRATS JEN!

You guys are hilarious! Planning Jen's wedding without her!

So, DH and his Dad are on their way to look at the car. I hope it's driveable because if it's not, that just adds to our many logistical problems. They have a second car, but it's still at the old house up three hours north of here!

MIL is out of traction now and neurologist came in while DH was there. He said she's doing well, but they're going to do more CT scans and an MRI to make sure of everything. They're also doing an abdominal CT because she's still complaining of belly pain (due to the seatbelt). I'm just wondering how fast the car was going that rear-ended them!

DD4 just got sick again about an hour ago. :sad2: I have no idea what I'm going to do tomorrow. I just keep hoping she'll have a miraculous recovery today and someone will volunteer to sit for her tomorrow morning! The other option is to ask DH to work from home for a few hours. But he was home yesterday and is out again today. I'm not sure if his supervisor would be okay with that. I just wish one of my Focker friends lived across the street!

It seems that way. I guess I beeter get another job to support all the extra activities:scared:

Is your anniversary on Saturday or birthday? JO, do we have any birthday's pending????

As far as the band goes, I'm out of the running for the majorette.

Ya wanna twirl rifles with me and Katt? Katt promises to unload them first!:thumbsup2

I think V has been banned from Match.com;)
Kno that was eharmony. I wasn't tehcnically "banned" but they suggested I was too picky and opinionated and should either change or look elsewhere.

None here, either. Any room for a frisbee player? :smokin:
Dude - I feel for you. I hear all about the lame guys out there. I've found the majority of men our age who are still single are lifers, KWIM?
Funny thing is, I don't want to get married and don't really want all the "baggage" that comes with a major commitment - you'd think I'd be every lifer's dream right? Nope - they're all looking for "Mrs. Right." Or so they say.

You`ve ALMOST described my brother!! :lmao: want his Match.com profile? :rotfl2:
Ooo! :yay: Wait - is he up north, too? I don't do snow. :rotfl:

That's what she gets for dropping her little bombshell and then sneaking off;)

Have you been able to get a copy of the police report?

I hope is better so you can go to DD7's school. I know she will be disappointed if you can't go.

I would babysit if I was there Jodi!

I'm sure the teacher will understand, but how frustrating to be in charge and Mother Nature gets in the way.

::yes:: Thanks.

Yeah, change...that makes sense:confused3

You were a dancer, you can be one of the flag girls!:thumbsup2

Can't win for losing!:sad2:

Aw, honey, I'd sit if I was there.

Whos the mother? popcorn::

No one famous. All I know is she's from Detroit and that's why he and Pam couldn't make it work. She wanted to live in CA and he didn't want to leave is son. My, I'm a wealth of useless information!

You guys are hilarious! Planning Jen's wedding without her!
She should stick around. I think her color should be red! Shocking. ;) I wonder if she looks good in lime, however. :rolleyes1

Heaven forbid you be picky about someone you might spend the rest of your life with. :sad2:

I got my SS gift today! Thank you so much. Love it! :goodvibes

Even the box was adorned!

She is not a part of his life (Bobby). Bob's sister and BIL live in his HUGE house with them. They have their own children and pretty much take care of Bobby when Bob's on the road. I met Pam once at a party. She is SHORT (shorter than V....) but she was pretty nice. Very soft spoken, believe it or not.

Awwww Mel you're such a sweet heart :goodvibes

Jo, you are too nice.

Wish I could help, Jodi! Hope she feels better soon.

Did you hear about the school bus crash? It was in a suburb of Indy they said on Foxnews...

Ridiculous!

I am SO glad I'm not single. My Match.com profile would be SOOOOOO picky and demanding, no man would want me. :dance3:

There are good guys out there, V. I just know it!!!

No one famous. All I know is she's from Detroit and that's why he and Pam couldn't make it work. She wanted to live in CA and he didn't want to leave is son. My, I'm a wealth of useless information!

Pam's issues were also of the "Tommy" variety.....

MEL:banana:

Is your anniversary on Saturday or birthday? JO, do we have any birthday's pending????
Not till V's at the end of January!

I got my SS gift today! Thank you so much. Love it! :goodvibes
That is so beautifully wrapped :goodvibes

OMG I hat that time of the month, not me but Jess :rotfl2: She is so grumpy it's ridiculous :sad2: She has hurt her foot and she wants to go to hospital, it's not swollen or bruised so I know they won't do anything for it :sad2: Every little thing just sets her off, how many years will this go on for? :rotfl2:

My "boyfriend" is coming round tonight, you remember the one who David thought I was having an affair with :rotfl2: He wants to hear all about my WDW trip, David strangely is finishing work early tonight :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

As far as the band goes, I'm out of the running for the majorette.

!

Ya wanna twirl rifles with me and Katt? Katt promises to unload them first!:thumbsup2

Well...
How do ya all feel about a little "Russian Rifle Twirl" just 1 bullet in 1 gun ... O.K...I MIGHT get the "regulation ones" but they are so light and not half as much fun

Is your anniversary on Saturday or birthday? JO, do we have any birthday's pending????

It's my Anniversary... 22 years.... to the SAME MAN :confused3 :rotfl2:

V would make an excellent Dancer.. maybe Ribbons ??Instead of a Feature Twirler we'll have a feature Dancer... Unless you want a baton.. You can do both :goodvibes
