T - Got your card, Thanks!
You're very welcome!
Well we got Jimmy's report card. He got mostly S's *Satisfactory" and 3's (Proficient). He got a few N's (Need Improvement) on the things we know are probelms and are working on him with, with the Doctor (transitions and group activities). He got one 1 in gym (DOn't care if the kid is an athlete) and all they do is play basketball, soccer etc which are exactly the kinds of things he doesn't like to do...hence the group activity thing

Over all we are very happy
Awesome, Janet! Give Jimmy a high five for me!
T - Katt is revruiting everyone for a FOcker Marching Band. DO you play an instrument, if not you get to wear one of those loverly outfits posted. PIck your favorite
Nope, no instrument. But I can ROCK the mic!
So, what did everyone think about the winner of the Biggest Loser?? I for one am very happy! I think the best person won! I won't say who because I know we have some West Coasters out there.
I haven't watch it in years! I always forget about when it starts and then I can't get into it, KWIM?
I want to be The Biggest Loser.
Me too! They had an open audition here in LA in August, but sadly it was the day of my gramps funeral.
Hey home skillet! What's shakin'?
Lazy day today, I don't like David now working Wednesday mornings and miss our time together

A friend just called me in a right state, she's not very well and wondered if I could pick up her prescription for her so I'm off to do that in a minute. Then it's just ironing and maybe wrap some pressies!
I'm almost done wrapping, too! Can you believe I forgot to buy Andy something for Christmas?
I got an email from the wife of our friend who passed away a few months ago. Her stepson's mother had 10 hour brain surgery Monday to remove a tumor the size of a lemon on her brainstem. I never met Susan when she was married to George but I hope it's not bad as I think it sounds. Your early 20's is too young to lose one parent let alone two.
Oh that's terribly sad, Angela.
It is snowing buckets here, I am sure I will be getting a good work out shoveling snow when I get home.
That's one thing I'm glad I don't have to deal with. No snow here. Ever!
Thanks, Angela. You've just sealed the deal. Christmas 2010 - I'm sooo there!
Bob's working from home, in my scrapbooking room again. That's good though, as he'll be out of the way!
Can you post a pic of your scrapbooking room? I'm going to gut my computer room so I can make it a craft/computer room and need some ideas.
Wanted to post a quick update on the MIL. FIL called late last night after seeing the neurologist. Nothing is broken, so that's good. I guess the vertabrae are just twisted, so they're going to put her in traction for a day to see if that helps straighten her neck out. She's in a lot of pain, but that's to be expected.
Poor MIL. I hope they give her some good drugs! Sending good thoughts her way, Jodi.
Oh no for DD4 - both my kids have been sick all week. They've both got that yucky wet cough.
Well, Leo's mood hasn't improved all week, which is dragging me way down; he goes to his dad's after school Fri. and I won't see him again until 11am Xmas day. Why can't the days before he goes away be better?
And, since I need to postpone school for a year, I think I might try - GASP! - dating again. Ugh, is it bad that I'm dreading the prospect?!
Dude - I feel for you. I hear all about the lame guys out there. I've found the majority of men our age who are still single are lifers, KWIM? I think you need to find a nice single dad - Ooh! You should try out for the Bachelorette!
I will post all three. These are DEAR to my heart, people, just like you!
Ok Mel - I am going to attempt the cranberry ones.
We've done nothing to organize the school party, since we've not had school, I've not gotten but one bit of money for the group present for the teacher... Sigh.
Tell me about it. I called every parent on the list to help with the classroom party and only 1 called me back. She's bringing punch. I got stuck with the cupcakes, ice cream cups, plates, napkins, utensils. Nice, huh? Whatever, lame parents - I did it for the kids. 'Nuff said.
Mel,
I ordered some dried cherries from Cherry Republic one year and made oatmeal cherry cookies, oatmeal pecan cherry cookies, and oatmeal choc chip cookies. They were soooooo good.
Speaking of cherries.... do you guys have a Harry & David near you? They have the most awesome Bing Chocolate Cherries!
I texted her a couple of times too..no response. I was going to give her a call this afternoon (after a meeting). I'm starting to get a bit worried!
It's not like her to not check for so long. I'll try too. Maybe if she is bombarded with Focker calls, she'll call one of us back. I do everything is ok. I'm seriously worried.
Fine people. I'm getting married
COMO
SAY WHAT!!!!????
Sadly, she was the best candidate I've had yet, too!
