Thanks all! Mary Poppins has a great code ($40 tickets, :yay: ), so I think we'll go with that.

Sign up for broadwaybox.com, they have great offers (its how I've been to so many shows this past month or so.

Are you thinking out of state like NJ or CT, or like Florida or Arizona or somewhere really far?

If I moved anywhere it would be back to Vegas or Florida. My BFF lives in Tampa so near her wpuld be the best thing, and enar WDW too. But KC isn't really feeling it. I think once he changes jobs and makes some more $ he will think more on it.

How much is snap fish to p/u at Walgreens? Where do you get .09??? I usually do Costco at .16, but I plum ran out of time to got get them this time.

I use webshots.com and i just got 196 prints for $29.00. Not too bad I thought. Most of the online sites end up going thru photoworks now i think.

Bob called and he'll be home at 7:30 tonight! Yay! :cool1:

  I bet that made you feel a little better!

Plane crash on Hudson River.....on Fox news... I think they are ok, it went down in tact.
151 people on board.

I know people who saw some it happen! Crazyness. At least everyone is alright.

Back from WDW and the DCL cruise to St Croix. :woohoo: It was 75 to 80 degrees everyday on the cruise and today in Baltimore it is 22 degrees going down to 0 tonight! :scared1:

Welcome back and stay warm!

Then decided to go out and treat myself to some scrapbook shopping. My Local Scrapbook store might go out of business which sucks :sad1:, at least that's what I'm assuming since they're looking for a backer/buyer. I don't know what will happen if they don't get one though.

Do you have a Michael's near you? Maybe that can become your new place to get scrapbook stuff.

Making some crock pot peanut butter brownies...here's hopin. I am PMS-ing so they sound awesome to me!

KC woke up after 3pm..:scared1:

We are gonna snuggle on the couch and watch some downloaded movies.

Uhhhh...lady...you're a little behind. There's no wedding. ;)

Ah man...not only do I still need to catch up on the other thread I have to catch up on here. But I gotta spend some time with the kiddos before they head to bed and can read up on everything.

I'll be back!

Bob called and he'll be home at 7:30 tonight! Yay!

Oh, good!

Last night my sis brought Reid over because he was having a fit to see Deuce, the cat, and Auntie and Uncle Mitch, but mainly Deuce. ;)

So cute!

We had our taco pie for dinner and now a quick Wii tennis match for the men in the house, and the Muppet Show before bed. :thumbsup2

D has to leave early in the morning, so I might be back. If not, have a great night!

Seriously people? 5 pages??? :faint:

I read, but I can't remember anything except Mel's "cork or mattress comment" :lmao: We used to call it the "cotton surf-board" :lmao:
Good points Jen! I'm trying to stay a little subdued because I really got into it with his 1st 1st grade teacher. I questioned her on something, she got defensive and said she had a masters degree in educ, and I asked if they were just giving them away.
 :rotfl2: :rotfl2: You go, girl!

Darn...I talk....ALOT:guilty:

Yeah, you do, Janet! I'm happy to see my number coming up these days. :rolleyes1
OH I LOVE those cookies :cloud9:
Yup - 'dems good stuff!

Just back from wal-mart. Blech. #2 wants to give out plants as his take away thank you gifts...no goodie bags, no pinata, but cactus. :confused3 I can't find little plants anywhere. Wal-mart was a last resort, but nothing there either. :headache:

Ooh! Ooh! How about take-and-grow kits? I saw at Target in the Dollar Spot they have little terra cotta pots and seeds to plant flowers and little plants. :thumbsup2

V- Have a safe flight!

Did someone say PANCAKES???? :hyper: I love pancakes! Sadly I can't eat them for at least 6 months and 14 days. :teeth:

I'm feeling much better now. All my crust is gone, but I do have some raw skin above my eye. Just using eye cream with growth factors to help it heal. It was a thrilling day today, as I finally was able to tweeze the Yeti brow and put on eyeliner! :cheer2:

I'm hungry. :guilty:

Does anyone here live in Indiana??? My photo ouside the castle in my bathrobe is going to be in some paper there :rotfl:

CE is right. Michelle lives in Valpo and if it's the grandma being featured, it's probably going to be in the paper up there. That's at least a 2 1/2 hours drive for me. If it's the Dad who is being featured, it could be in my paper. He lives less than 10 miles from me. I'll be sure to keep my eye out for it.

Wonderful selection at my Target
I love to pop in there, my kids' birthdays are in Feb. And I fill up the gift closet so when we get birthday invites we can just pull one out and wrap it up!

Happy Shopping!

Thanks, Deb. My DD4 will be turning 5 in about three weeks, so I need to start looking as well! I'll be sure to make my way over there soon... maybe tomorrow if I have time (see below)...

After an exhaustive search, I finally found you guys! Thanks for leaving a few bread crumbs....

So, I'm trying hard to stay warm here in frigid Indiana. Current temp is -3 with a windchill of -22. Not sure if it ever got above 0 today. We had a two-hour school delay this morning and we're supposed to find out by 8pm if the schools are delayed or if they'll be closed tomorrow. I'm really hoping for just a delay. We would have to make up the day if they are closed. Plus, I've got plans people! DD4's preschool doesn't close for delays, so if we have a two hour delay, DD4 still has to be at school at 8:45am. Then, I'd have until 10:45 with DD7 to run a few errands and hang out. I figure I could squeeze in a workout between 11 and 1pm before I have to pick up DD4. Then I've got plans to scrapbook with some friends during the afternoon! :thumbsup2 Of course, if school is cancelled, all plans go out the window.

I just read through seven or eight pages, so forgive me if I don't remember half of what I read. I'm off to find a blanket to snuggle under!

I'm fine I'm fine. Just a little bruised up. *note to self...girl fights are bad*

Uhhhh...lady...you're a little behind. There's no wedding. ;)
Yeah, but you said you'd talk about it and I've been politely not asking about it... I'm trying to be good. I really am... :guilty:

Crust and Yeti brow all in the same post. Good one, T.

Z, you have the most beautiful smile! I tell ya, that BF of yours better be good to you cause you have some big sister types around here ready to take action. ;)

On another note, our dinner discussion further proved the accuracy of Kate's article. DS9, who wasn't very hungry because if his meds, started reading the book of world records. He asked what country had the longest coastline and was shocked by the answer. Anyone, anyone? Somehow New Zealand entered the conversation and DH mentioned that the toilets flush backwards. Well, this peeked DS9's interest as to why and then blah blah southern hemisphere blah blah and Indonesia on the equator that just flushes with straight down woosh and then DS9 is running for the globe to see where these countries are and the equator and all the inlets islands that make Canada have the longest coastline. SEE, boys just need teachers to speak their language: it's all about potty mouths. We were able to fit geography and a reduced fat alfredo lesson into supper. :thumbsup2

wow , a new thread!! i will never catch up now. update, anyone???

i worked 3 12's so i haven't been able to get online. they do have internet at my new job, but i don't want to push it just yet!! :rotfl2: give me a couple weeks!:lmao:

so the movers are in ohio right now with my husband packing everything up. i think they're about done. tomorrow they will load the truck and deliver on sat or sun! finally, we can live normally again! actually, it hasn't been too bad. it's kinda fun making dinner together with my parents. they'll be right next door, so hopefully we can continue to have family dinner few times a week.

so , what's up with everyone??

Exactly! When we were studying whales (last year) we read that whales can hear sounds up to 200 miles away. So, I told the kids that if you farted in an ocean every whale within 200 miles would be laughing. We cracked up and to this day, they can all tell you that fact. :lmao:
Hey- it works!
