It's not a HUGE increase... but expected.. you know that they spend a small fortune on fuel for those Buses.

Now the No expire options they hurt.
I wish Disney had not done away with that option... "That your ticket NEVER EXPIRED" (And you could go from park to Park .) I still have a 3 day ticket from 1989 for 3 days was $78.00 and I have 1 day left. Could cash it in.. but I think I'll save it for a Souvenir.

Welcome back TE! Missed you! I used to waitress *way back when* and my single biggest gross out was the lemons they give you with your glass of iced tea or on your plate. We'd keep a bucket filled with soapy/bleach water for cleaning tables. The managers liked us to keep lemon wedges in it so it didn't smell of just bleach when we wiped up. So, we'd clear a table, go grab a wedge from the bowl of lemon wedges and chuck it into the water. I saw ALOT of dirty hands in that bowl. And people never knew. Now, I NEVER get a lemon wedge!

well that's ANOTHER reason never to use lemons in restaurants! They make a packaged TruLemon that you can bring with you, so maybe I'll try that.

She also said that salt, pepper, saltines, and ketchup pack could be reused between tables---so NEVER use these either cause you don't know who touched it first (and when THEY went to the bathroom)

We had a tree frog in our big bin o'salad once.

I stopped using lemons in my tea months ago after I saw a story on CNN
And the Salt/pepper thing goes with ketchup and Mustard as well

I'm gonna need a bigger purse for condiments

Dawn is doing a flat stanley project for her kiddos and need people in different state and countries to take pics of Stanley and tell about the area.

how are you feeling? it's raining here today so I guess it feels just like Florida!
It rained in Atlanta too and was very humid--big thunderstorms that I got to drive thru during rush hour...yeah me. Luckily I have driven so much in DFW that traffic doesn't faze me!

Monster truck shows are fun!

We have a picture of our DD when she was 7, sitting in the wheel of Grave Digger! She is 15 now... she still likes them. I think it is about time get to another show, its a been a while!!!

I don't know what's going with getting lemos at restaurants but I don't want to know, do I? I always ask for lemon with my tea or soda.

Lovely raining afternoon that has now turned everything sticky, hmmm, good practice for Fockerfest.

Tried a new restaurant with Murph today and had the yummiest lobster ravioli in a vodka sauce! Boy I may dream about them tonight!

Girl, I done checked it and made a folder for the pics and saved them under your state! I love the pics of FS. A few times I didn't see him at first until I was saving them, then I saw him. He looks like he had fun. I can't wait to visit some day! I hope Flat Dawn wasn't too jealous when you got home!

After 2 trips I can say that CROWDS ARE DOWN. It is very visible.
AND.. At ASMu... there were tons of parking places.
Evenings in the parks.. dead for us
Now of course it is crowded for fireworks and waiting for buses then is MURDER...

Feeling a little more normal now. Spent the day cleaning up Sara's computer. She's getting older and still had "Baby games" and learn to read programs.. in her computer.
AND.. she is ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC... So she needed to free up some space.
She turns 10 on FRIDAY
I can not believe me baby is 10.. where is time flying off too.

She is getting an i-pod so I have also spent the day downloading music and charging it so she is ready to Rock.

I know V- I'm not dealing with what you have too everyday! BUT us Minnesotaner's are used to the COLD -negative- COLD. NOT heat.

Somehow the words TREETORNS came up... what is this the 80's? Apparently they are THE thing in all of his fashion magazines (yes girls...my dh gets crazy mens magazines...I have a true METROSEXUAL living with me).

Is this true? Are they COOL again?

Only nothing's "cool". I think they might be "phat." Or possibly "dope." Oh, and they are NOT our 80's Tretorns. The new ones are a bit more sporty, but if you were a Tretorn addict in our era (yep, I was!) you'd still spot them a mile away!

p.s. One more thing... TINK STORY, that I thought was cute.. a few thing she said yesterday~ I don't have a mom to share this stuff with... so I share with you!

HELP GIRLS!

I am trying to order a few custom outfits for TINK for her big B-day trip!
HELP ME FELLOW MOMMA'S! PLEASE!

Well, I'm not da momma, but what is Tink's favorite disney movie??? Don't forget Lady and the Tramp and Aristocats. Lots to work with in those classics!

My DH does his best driving at night so I will nap off and on and in the morning I take over till he wakes up ... the kids keep me company... he prefers the quiet...

My DH gets nervous around big cities. He just doesn't like all the lanes and all the crazies. I think I'll do the driving the 2nd day of our trip to WDW. That would include driving through Atlanta early AM.

Today we're meeting up with my Step DSisters and my nephew and hopefully, weather permitting, going to the beach!

Ah, the beach, how nice for you!! The closest thing I have to a beach is the blue plastic kiddie pool on the part of the deck we haven't demolished. A true white trash, redneck pleasure. And yes I can say that, I own those words!!

OMG, I was about to log off, but had to share this...

Leo is in play kitchen and is right now having an imaginary phone call with LL's son Michael! He's asking "Michael" how his arm is feeling and telling him not to worry, we'll have lots of fun in WDW! He also just told him he's sending him some ice cream to make him feel better.
