My 3rd graders have finished "reading across South America" and are ready for their reward party. In the past few years I've had parents in my class from South America and they pretty much "did" the party. Now I have none and need to get cracking! I'm so absorbed into Christmas things and finishing up all our subjects by Dec. 15th, I just can't think of a South American party.
I really need some ideas. Nothing elaborate. Maybe a game or two and some food that's easy, but native. It can just be from one country, doesn't matter. I'll take any and all ideas.....the simpler the better! Or even links.
