We'll be gone in Disney during teacher appreciation week but would love to bring back something to my daughters teachers when we get back. There are three of them so I can't go too crazy. Any fabulous ideas out there on what I could pick up for them?

How about a cute pen and notepad? I had a student bring me back a cute little bag from Italy in Epcot which I loved, but I'm not sure how much it cost. Someone else brought me a Mickey head bracelet, which I love! But my class knows I love Disney, so I'm not sure if all teachers would wear a Mickey head bracelet!

Two of the three teachers used to live in Orlando and frequented Disney so they are HUGE fans, the other one I'm not to sure about. She starts and ends her day in such a way that I rarely see her.

Office supplies! Stickers! Cute paper, PENS (esp ones with lanyards), clipboards, pencils. No mugs. Repeat: No mugs. Did I say stickers?

Have a great time!

What about Tote bag that they could carry their things back and forth to school in or something to use as a lunch bag. Have a great trip!

For my kids' teachers, we always bring back the WDW canvas tote bags that the gift shops have as a "special purchase" for $10.00 when you spend XX amount of dollars.

We sometimes put something extra inside the bag if we know the teacher is particularly found of a certain character....like the time we picked up a Tink towel for DS's teacher who LOVES Tink.

**And I second the above poster.....no mugs, no mugs, no mugs please.:rotfl:

If the teacher celebrates Xmas, I always love giving Christmas ornaments or holiday decorations. They do wonderful ornament personalization at that Holiday Store at DTD (Can't remember the name). They make great keepsakes.

As a teacher I would love the tote or the pen and pad set. I am always using my Disney pads that I have collected.

Good idea! I totally forgot that one of my students brought me back an ornament. They personalized it with my name and his name on the back. I also second the no mug idea.

Oh--I really like the ornament idea if it is appropriate. I've been teaching for 16 years, and when we decorate the tree, I have several ornaments from former students on the tree and I always think of them.

For the tote bag--I think that depends on how long someone has been teaching. I use them for organizing as well as toting now and have given literally dozens away. Tote bags get given out at most of the workshops/conferences for teachers, so a veteran isn't going to need another one. A new teacher could probably use one though.

I like the idea of the tote bags. Can you buy more than one at a time for the lower price or do you have to spend $50 each time to get the bag for $10?

They have the Every Tree Has Character reusable bags for $2.99, I plan on getting those for my dd teacher and ds preschool teachers and not sure yet what I will fill them with.

Great tip! Then I can get the good stuff to go inside rather that spend a lot on the outside. Thanks a lot!

I wear a lot of pins, actually one a day. So, I always give one of my students a pin to trade for me and money for a Mickey Premium on me.
Last 2 kiddos brought me an extra pin back. We wear lanyards with ID tags and keys on them so it is great. A pin would be another thought...they have Teacher ones.

We take the kids out of school...I know that's alot of work/headache for the teachers so we always bring them back something...we are in lower elementary grades, so teachers for that age probably love anything Disney.

I have brought back the nice box of Mickey chocolates $14 or so(our teacher had been teaching for 40 years, I knew that she had everything!).... she said they were really good (and she would tell me the truth). I got those at the airport Disney gift shop.

I have brought back the $10 with purchase totebags, lap blankets (they had a beautiful castle one last Christmas). Also, Emporium (and probably everywhere else) had nice magnetic clips that you can hang posters from....they had plastic ones with characters and nice silver ones (more office-type..with the castle). These were a big hit, I guess the teacher's lose those magnetic clips easily....

I think a Christmas ornament is a great idea. Everybody can always use a beach towel too.
