I think whoever created 'Tea with Wendy' had the right intentions. Not knowing what to expect and what to do with ourselves the first time we sailed the Magic, the first two days at sea seemed rather long at times, and we were glad to fill the time w/such events as 'Tea with Wendy.'
However, I have to admit that we were disappointed, as we were hoping it'd be similar to breakfast at Cinderella's castle.
I even stood in line for tickets the following year, as we were trying to fill time for the at sea days. However, the 'Teas' filled up and they began turning everyone away. The mom behind me was upset, and I caught myself saying, 'don't worry, we did this last year, and you're not missing much.' I was quickly ashamed of myself for saying something so negative, but we really thought it was lacking something.
Maybe my DD (age 7) was outgrowing the 'princess phase', and I'm sure many other little ones might love it.
