I like his voice alot and he just seems to love to sing. His twitching and movements are distracting at times though. When I first saw him audition I said to my DH "I wonder if he has a form of tourettes". I don't know a whole lot about it, but it's what it reminded me of because of the sudden jerking he does.
I'm glad he's still around and I bet he'll go far.

I love love love him too!! I taped it last night and all day today whenever I got a spare 5 minutes I have been rewatching him ... he is so much fun and makes me just smile BIG while watching....yea I also drool over Ace and Chris but Taylors the best!!

I've loved him since I first saw him audition and have been rooting for him ever since. I honestly thought I'd be one of the only ones who liked him, but I'm so glad I'm wrong!!

I seem to be the only person in America who this guy irritates the heck out of. He is constantly mugging for the camera and making stupid faces and twitching around. I just can't stand it. He reminds me of a bad Jay Leno impersonator and I don't like the real Jay Leno to start with. That being said Taylor has a HUGE fan base and will go far. Much to my annoyance.

I happen to love him, but DD7 could not agree more!

He is just different, I like his voice. I don't really find him attractive though.

I love Taylor Hicks! He seems genuinely passionate about music, and very down to earth. He's such a breath of fresh air! Part of me hopes he'll lose AI, because I think he'd do better being signed by a label on his own.

I like him a lot too. I think he's really talented, even if he has some awkward movements. Maybe as he goes forth with AI, he will smooth out his moves a bit with some help from the AI team!

I like many right now though....I love that little kid who looks so young & innocent (I'm horrible with names). He said he wanted to be kissed this time instead of having his cheeks pinched! Then there's Ace with his sex appeal.....I also really like that guy who sang the Bon Jovi song & I guess I could go on & on....Good thing I'm not a judge! I'd pick them all!

It is great to see so many people liking him! He is from where I live, so it is neat to see people all over the country interested in him. It is not like I know him or anything, but there has been much coverage on the local news. The former "Bice Squad" is now getting together to cheen on Taylor. (The Bice Squad is a group of Bo Bice's neigherbors, friends, fans that got together at a local restaurant every time American Idol was on to watch and cheer together)
They may have already come up with a new "fan club" name for Taylor, but I don't know.

Anyway, this should be another good AI year.
