Taxi/town cars and carseats...

We are staying at the Poly with two toddlers and were planning to use all Disney transportation. We MAY want to use a taxi for some early morning trips to the theme park - do they require 2 and 4 year olds to have their own carseat? Can you all ahead and request one? Do you go without for the short trip?
