Taxi to Sea worlds?

we are not getting a rental car.

We are at bay lake towers. Do you call a taxi directly or does someone at the resort call a taxi for you?

How long might you wait once you call? Thinking 8 or 9 am?

When returning from sea world around 2pm. Are there taxi's there or do I need to call one?

There are taxis outside the hotels just waiting, and they had them outside at Sea World. You don't have to call anyone. Just watching the route though....the one we took back from Sea World was $10 less than the one we took to Sea World because we took a shorter route.
