Taxi to and from the airport?

Well I have over a year to wait till my next trip to Disney. Just got back in May with my DGD and DD and am taking another DD and two more grandkids.
But still doing the planning thing early.
My question is, about how much is it to take a taxi from Orlando Airport to the resorts. Not sure which resort yet. It may be Pop Century or Port Orleans. I'm trying to figure out the best means of transportation from the airport to the resort. There will be
either four or five of us. Going on a budget.

In December, my husband paid $50 one way plus tip for just himself. You might not even fit in a taxi with 4-5 people. Consider a town car service - they usually charge $80-90 round trip and you have plenty of room. There are several that people use on these boards.

I would recommend a towncar service too. We use Happy Limo and have been very pleased with them, but we used a taxi once when we made some last minute changes and extended a trip. The taxi experience wasn't bad, but it was definitely more expensive.
