Taxi Rates in Grand Cayman

Can anyone give me a ballpark on what you spent to get to the beaches in Grand Cayman... I was thinking 7 mile beach, but any other suggestions would be great!

Also, any info on what the beaches are like.. average travel time, readiness of taxis, rates, food/drink availability at beach... lounge chairs and rentals etc.

The fee is $4pp to the beaches on 7 mile. We went to Seagrape. The lounge chairs were $10/day, umbrella $5, and they throw in a free water/soda. It took maybe 5-10 minutes to get there. There is a beach bar there...I think Calico Jack's. We had conch fritters and a mahi mahi sandwich w/fries for $15.
