Taxi or Car Service from WDW to Port Canaveral?

Can someone please recommend a taxi or car service from Art of Animation to Port Canaveral? I would like someone to pick us up around 8:30am on a Friday in February. It would be for 3 people.

Do I need to have something pre-booked? Or can I just grab any random taxi in front of the hotel?

We pre-booked FLTours last April and were very pleased. They took us to and from PC/WDW.

I would book a car service over a taxi. I feel a taxi may charge more and I would feel better knowing I had a reservation already booked with car service.

Does Uber have a chart where you could see what it would cost from WDW to PC?

One note - it takes about an hour from WDW resort to port. I believe the port doesn't open until 10:30 for new cruisers arriving via private paid transportation.

This. We used FL tours and they would not pick us up until 9:00. We had a 10:15 PAT and we got to port about 10:30. (we left a little late)

The car service we used a couple years ago would not pick us up until 10:30 am (which is when I had wanted to be arriving at PC). They run the returning cruises back to Orlando first. Also, apparently the Port has rules about entry into the port for new cruisers and what time that can start.
