Taxi from PBH to Disney

Are taxi's always available from the hotels and how much luggage can they hold? I was going to book a transfer but don't want to be tied to an exact time.

if you want a taxi from the hotel, have concierge or the valet desk call one for you. youse don't book taxis in advance.


do you mean car service?
car service is when you book from a company and you give them a set time
for your pick up.

there are some car service companies that will do same day service when you call. the priority they would have would be first to the booked ressies in advance.

it can be done either way.

how much luggage and how many people are you talking about moving?

i know some car service companies use SUV's, limos, sedans, etc.

taxis don't.

Last year, we were down there for almost 3 weeks so with 2DD & DW and I we had a ton of luggage. I requested transportation just as we checked out and a van was waiting for us and all our luggage right after check out.

We will be 2adults 2kids with 4 medium bags and 4 carry-ons so a van/suv would be ideal.

I am unsure when we will leave,coaster junkie, August heat, thunderstorms, jet lagged kids that have a habit of waking up at stupid o'clock and are then exhusted by 3pm all have to be considered or I would just book a car service.

Thanks for you help I think if I give bell services about 1 hours notice they will be able to organize at taxi to fit us.
