Taxi from French Quarter to Grand Floridian

I have a few questions about taking a cab from POFQ to GF:

1) Typically how long would I need to allocate for this trip (I need to be at GF by 4PM)?

2) Are all of the cabs suitable for four adults and a smallish child, or will we need two cabs/special order minivan?

3) Generally speaking what's the taxi fare?

You'll need a van, but they're plentiful. Just ask bell services to call one up for you.
