Taxi fare from MCO to Value resort?

It is going to cost at least $50.00 plus tip and tolls, and if there is alot of traffic the price will be higher. Generally a town car service is cheaper than a taxi.
Magical Express is free, have you consider using this to get from the airport to the hotel?

OK - Disney Dum Dum here
What is Magical Express and does it go directly to your specific resort? Or does it stop at a bunch for different people?

Magical Express is transportation between the airport and the Disney resorts. It is free of charge to those staying at Disney-owned resorts. You must make a reservation, I believe it's 10 days prior to your arrival. There is a sticky thread that will explain it all much better than I can.
If you book far enough in advance you will receive a booklet with some yellow luggage tags. If you attach theses tags to your bags they will be pulled behind the scenes and placed on a truck to be transported to your resort where they will "magically" appear in your room, usually several hours after you arrive. You can take your luggage with you on the bus if you prefer.
ME can make several stops. If you do choose to pay for transportation, I recommend a towncar.

The bus stops at a few other resorts but they are all in the same loop.
When I stayed at the Allstar Music, the bus stop at the POP Century, then the Allstar Sports, then the Music and then the Allstar Movies. It really did not take much time at each resort, everyone is anxious to get off and get started on their vacation.
Most people are reporting about an hour from when you get off the plane until you are at your resort. It is about the same timeframe if you take a town car.
The nice thing is that your luggage gets picked up and taken to your resort, it shows up in your room a few hours after you arrive so pack what you need in your carry on.

I have to respectfully disagree with the TC thing. In my experiences the driver met us as we approached baggage claim, helped with the bags and drove at a good clip right to our resort. IMHO, unless yours is the first resort on the DME route your time vs. a TC won't be close. It is probably less than 1/2 hour from the time the driver greets us until we're at the check-in counter at Swan although I've never held a stopwatch on it. For most even saving an hour is probably not worth a TC fare but there is the matter of a grocery stop, or beer run, to consider, and our goal is to capture as much of the first day as we can.

It seems we are always waiting for our luggage, I have found that in the past from the time we get off the plane go for our luggage, wait for our luggage and then get on our way, and get to the resort it has been about an hour, sometimes a bit less but not much.
