Taxi Costs

Has anyone taken the taxi to the Radisson at the Port? If so, how much did it cost (include number of people and did you have lots of luggage)?

We're cruising in March 2007 and looking into flights. Last cruise we rented a car since we had almost a day in Orlando to check out the sights. Just wondering if taking the taxi is any cheaper if we happen to get the flight that arrives late that night.

What about the cost of taxi from the port to the airport?
Besides renting a car, are there shuttles? Because we rented a car last time, I don't remember except that certain hotels have their own shuttles and so did budget rental car.
