Taxi between resorts??

Okay, we are spending our first night at POR, and then checking in at the Poly the next day for 7days. If we use ME from MCO to POR, how much would a taxi cost from POR to the Poly the next morning? I'm trying to avoid a hefty $260 to rent a mini-van for the week, as there are 6 of us.

I'd say a taxi would run you about $12-$15 plus tip.

There is also a way to do this using Disney transportation. Call POR bell services and have them transfer your luggage to the Poly.

Take an early morning breakfast bus to Magic Kingdom. When you get on the bus, tell them you have breakfast ADR at the Poly. They may be able to take you directly there. If not, then just get on the monorail at the Magic Kingdom to the Poly and check in. Then go to the parks and play. Your luggage should be at the Poly shortly after 3pm.
