taxes ruined adr's so help with good cs's!!

At Epcot we like getting the fish and chips at England and it is usually enough to share. At AK we like Flame Tree but Yak and Yeti also has CS that is pretty good. If you wanted to do one TS you might consider The Plaza at MK, it has really good food and the prices are really reasonable.

Definitely Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD - wonderful CS choice! We chose to eat there twice last time we visited!

All of the above are great!

Norway - the club sandwich / pannini is quickly heated or grilled. I also got a cup of soup. The cauliflower soup was delicious.

A nice break from burger and fries. (however, I do enjoy Pecos Bill's)

Your experience may be better with only CS meals. Less "wasting" time sitting in a restaurant waiting to be served. That said, you may want to to budget for one TS meal.

Sorry to hear about your nasty taxes. We found out the same thing the other day. At
least we didn't have to cancel our holiday trip to Disney. And I'll still have time to save up a little more $$ for meals.
I'll second the Yak & Yeti CS, and Peco's Bills. And I like the reminder that you'll waste less time with CS meals. Sounds like you will just make the best of it, and have a great time!

Can I ask why pizza would be a hot topic?

Pizza is a very subjective food, and everyone has their own opinion of what constitutes "great" pizza. That's why, when anyone here asks about pizza on property, instead of saying good or bad, I try to describe the pizza so they can get an idea of whether it is their idea of good or bad.

For example, the pizza at the BW pizza window. It has a medium crust, not crispy, lots of sauce, a medium amount of cheese and toppings. If you get it with a lot of toppings, it can get a little limp in the middle. I think it's pretty good pizza, because I tend to only get a couple toppings (pepperoni and sausage or sausage and mushroom) so I don't have too much trouble with it getting limp. If I'm staying DVC in the Epcot resorts area, I'll buy a whole pie just for me, and eat on the leftovers for a few days. Very economical in the long run. :thumbsup2

Will you be taking the Quick Service Dining plan? If so, the price of each meal will not be an option for you.

If you want something a little more deluxe than the average CS, the two places I would suggest are Wolfgang Puck Express at Downtown Disney Marketplace and the Pepper Market at the Coronado Springs. Both are a little more expensive than the average counter service, but the food is also very good!

Within the parks I would suggest Columbia Harbor House, Sunshine Seasons, Restaurantosaurus, Starring Rolls, well, there are so many places to choose from it really depends on how your budget is and such.

I've written reviews on a number of different CS places from our December 2010 trip, please feel free to check them out by clicking on the link in my signature!

Oh the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs is a great CS! You do have a waiter who sorts your soft drinks but you get free refills on these and even with the tip the prices aren't too bad as a CS meal, even better if you're on the QSDP.
