Thank you both. I appreciate the input and the link. I am rally hoping that we get a huge refund so we can come back to wdw in July. This year will be my 40th bday, Our 20th anniversary and the 1 year anniversary of my diagnosis of MS.

We have never itemized before since we live in a mobile home and the interest was always lower than the standard deduction. But with paid out medical bills over 13,000 last year it may be better to itemize. does that effect the 1098?
