Does anyone know the age cut off for children?

They have to be dependent children which means if you claim them on your 2007 taxes, they will qualify.

Thanks, husband does the taxes-- I'm pretty sure our 17 year old still qualifies, I think it used to be 18.

I believe for the rebate purposes it is not like the child tax credit. I think they can be dependent children like up to 20 but I am not positive. I haven't found exact info on that.

I have read "24" if they are a fulltime student. Can not verify though.

I will be spending mine at DL!!! Yeah...and now I don't feel so guilty about booking for the DLH!!!! gonna really enjoy it and we have until AUg to plan for it

Thanks Casey's mommy. So I guess it is like the Child Tax Credit. My oldest just turned 16 so I just got in under the wire. WHEW!! Looks like we are going to get like 2100!! Woo HOO!! And yes I will be using that on Disney. Not Land but World in November.
