Tax Credit?

Does anyone know what the tax credit on our 2021 dues will be? TIA

No. You'll have to wait for the dues statement(s) to be posted, which won't happen until after the annual meetings. Members website says they will be posted on 12/17.

And be aware, you cannot assume it will necessarily be a credit. Some years there is no credit or debit for property taxes paid, some years a credit when taxes paid are less than dues for taxes that were collected when you get a small credit per point in the next year, and some years a debit when taxes paid are actually more than collected and your dues for the next year get raised a little per point.

thx. just trying to get in the ballpark for amount as i bought gift cards when they were on sale at BJ's. i just used my price per point when i bought the cards
