I love this dish at Jiko, but I can never remember what everything is. Does anyone know?

I know two of the breads are Naan and Papadum, but what is the third one called?

And the dips...I know one is a Kalamata Olive Hummus, but does anyone know what the other two are called?

. . . lentils with spinach
. . . sambal


NOTE:
On our last visit, alas, this was the best part of the meal
The remainder of the meal was disappointing for the price..

I remember reading your review of your last visit. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy Jiko. When I went on 12/16 all the food was quite amazing.
