I searched, but couldn't find it on here.:surfweb: When does Target start going to 75% off on their Christmas stuff?

Last year it was around New Year's Day or the day after. If there is something you REALLY, REALLY want you might want to consider 50%--there is a LOT less inventory this year.

Toy Sale went to 75% on January 14th or 15th.

I remember seeing something on here with a markdown schedule...I tried to search it but can't find it. I want to say it was something like this...

The first 2 days after a holiday- 30% off
The following 2 days after- 50% off
One day after that- 75% off
One day after that- 90% off

I should say I've never seen anything at my Target marked more than 75% off.

I got some GREAT cheap stuff there last year close to new years or just after.

It now varies by store based on how much inventory they have left. You will start to see some stores going 75% off tomorrow and some won't be til Saturday.

It varies by store/location/inventory. Every year Dis'ers post that their store is at 75% off so people rush out to their store only to find that the clearance stuff (including toys) are still at 30 - 50% off.

I agree, each Target is different. We were at our NEW target yesterday (2 days after Christmas) and everything was 50% off. There was so much stuff I could not believe it. Probably 20 racks or more of stuff and I mentioned it to the clerk who said, "you think this is alot of stuff, there's even more in the back". I'm sure this has alot to do with it being a new store. We got some 1/2 price cookies and candy, but there was nothing I really needed as I got my wrapping paper from big lots 1/2 price. I may venture back when it goes cheaper to see if I change my mind.

I was in our Target yesterday (middlesex County NJ) they were cleaned out of all Christmas items.

Kast yearit was on Tuesday in the WNY area. I go to Jenny Craig on Tuesdays and it is in the same plaza that is how I remember the day!

My bff went to our local Target on 12/26. 50% for Christmas stuff. But she scored on toys, found some at 75%! She got Trio Airport Tower sets for $2.50! (And she loves me, got 2 for me to give as birthday gifts!) :goodvibes

I'm planning to stop at the Target near work on Thursday. I'm hoping that will be the day for 75%. :goodvibes

Our Target had basically no Christmas stuff left the week leading up to Christmas, let alone after. There were maybe one very picked over row yesterday. It was actually pathetic. My mom needed to replace a strand of lights before Christmas and couldn't find any (regular colored 100 ct. lights).

I'm going to swing by today- I'll let you all know what my Target has as soon as I'm back!

I would think soon since the store is allready getting Valentized.

This is the 1st year I have not visited Target the day after Christmas. I feel like I missed something even though I do not need anything!:rotfl: I think I will go by there later on today and see what they have....

I went to 2 Targets yesterday (Sunday) both were at 50% off for Christmas stuff and neither had much of anything left. A few rolls of really ugly wrapping paper, a few ornaments, mostly broken ones and I didn't see any lights or trees at all. No bows for wrapping either, but lots of tree garland for some reason. The Christmas candy and treats were wiped out too.

I've been to two different Targets over the past few days, and both still had plenty of stuff left, but only 50% off still.

One thing I haven't been able to find anywhere are Christmas tree lights! I'm looking for white LEDs, but I can only find muli-colored. Might just have to pay full price next year!
